1. Students will read silently from their independent reading books for 20 minutes. Teacher will record students' total reading minutes on students' logs and on clipboard. Students should have around 500 minutes.
2. Teacher will present artwork titled "The Midnight Ride" by Grant Wood on the Smartboard. Discuss.
3. Teacher will pass back Sentence Structure tests to students. Discuss.
4. Students will get red literature books from class shelf and turn to page 731 -734. Teacher will orally read poem "Paul Revere's RIde" by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow as students follow along.
5. Teacher will present some maps of Paul Revere's Ride from the Paul Revere House website. Compare/Contrast information from difference sources.
6. Students will continue to work on their Character Profiles in Google Classroom.
